The Stadium Method

Ten disciplined steps take your business from the systems it runs on today to the decisions ahead.

  1. A few of the systems we can connect:
    • QuickBooks
    • Excel
    • SAP ERP
    • Shopify
    • Oracle Fusion
    • Square
    • Workday
    • Salesforce
    • Epic
  2. One home for your data

    • Live reports

    • Monthly memo

    • Quarterly review

    • Ongoing advisory

  3. Decisions that grow your business

Your report is one branch of the Stadium Method, alongside the memo, the review and our advice.
  1. Before we build

    1. Step 1. A consultation

We learn your business, your goals and the questions you need answered.

    2. Step 2. A data review

We assess every system and spreadsheet you rely on.

    3. Step 3. Scope and plan

We agree on the scope with you and recommend a plan before any work begins.

  2. While we build

    1. Step 4. The build

We bring your data into one account your company owns. Then we clean and reconcile it, test it and build your reports in your brand.

    2. Step 5. First review, at halfway

You review the work at the midpoint, while a change of direction costs little.

    3. Step 6. Second review, at eighty percent

You direct the final refinements. We plan for changes at this stage.

    4. Step 7. Handoff

We train your team on everything we have built, in person or by video.

  3. After we build

    1. Step 8. Every month

You receive a memo on where you stand, what changed, what is working, what is not and where the opportunities are. Then we meet to review it.

    2. Step 9. Every quarter

We assess the last three months against your goals and set the plan for the next three.

    3. Step 10. Between meetings

When something changes, you can book time with us directly. There is no need to wait for the next review.

How we choose what to measure

We start with what you are trying to achieve and work back to the data, so every number we report serves a goal you have set.

  1. Goals come first

Before we build anything, we agree on what you are working toward this quarter and this year, such as retaining more customers or collecting payment faster. We break each goal into the drivers that move it.

  2. Each goal gets a few measures

For customer retention, we might pair repeat purchases, a lagging indicator that shows how you did, with new inquiries, a leading one that moves first and gives you time to act. We write down how each one is calculated and keep the list short.

  3. We test and review them

We monitor every refresh and test the data behind your reports. Each month we review what moved outside its normal range and what it means for the weeks ahead, retiring any measure that stops being useful.
