Privacy Policy

Effective October 5, 2026.

Introduction

Stadium Insights, LLC ("Stadium Insights," "we," "us" or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect personal information through our website, stadiuminsights.com, and in providing our services to clients.

Information We Collect

  • Information you give us. When you contact us through our website or by email, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, company, email address and message. When you ask to see our live demo, we collect your name, business name and email address.
  • Interest in working with us. When you tell us through our website that you would like to work with us, we collect your name, email address, the kind of work that interests you, any link you share, what you tell us about yourself and your resume.
  • Client information. When you become a client, we collect business contact details for the people we work with, such as names, job titles, email addresses and phone numbers. We also receive the business data you provide or authorize us to access so that we can deliver our services.
  • Client portal accounts. When we set up access to the client portal, we collect the name and work email address of each authorized user.
  • Technical information. Our website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. We and our hosting provider may process technical information, such as IP addresses, to deliver the website and keep it secure. Our live demo is shown through Microsoft Power BI, which Microsoft runs under its own privacy statement and which may use its own cookies.

How We Use Information

We use personal information to:

  • respond to inquiries and communicate with you, including following up with people who view our live demo about whether our services fit;
  • consider people who tell us they'd like to work with us for current or future roles;
  • provide our services, including data organization, reporting, analysis and the client portal;
  • manage the client relationship, including scheduling, billing and support;
  • protect the security of our website, systems and client data; and
  • comply with legal obligations.

Client Data

We use the business data a client provides or authorizes us to access only to deliver the services in that client's agreement. We never sell client data, and we never use one client's data in work for another client.

We may use Microsoft services, including Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Copilot, to analyze client data and prepare reporting. That processing takes place within Microsoft's services. The client agreement governs how we handle, keep and return client data.

How We Share Information

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only:

  • with service providers that help us run our business, such as Microsoft, which provides our website hosting, email and reporting tools, and only as needed for them to provide those services;
  • when the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of Stadium Insights, our clients or others; and
  • as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of our business, in which case this policy continues to apply to the information transferred.

Data Retention

We keep inquiries from people who do not become clients for up to 12 months after our last contact. We keep what people send us about working with us, including resumes, for up to 12 months after we receive it. We keep client information for the length of the client relationship, and afterward as the client agreement or the law requires.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information and client data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing tyler@stadiuminsights.com. We may need to verify your identity, and we will respond within the time applicable law allows. Where we hold information on behalf of a client, we will work with that client to respond.

Children's Privacy

We built our website and services for businesses, not for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
